Born from a love of travel, tradition, and authentic taste, Dolci del Mundo curates a collection of premium, all-natural desserts from Italy, Greece, and South America. Each creation reflects generations of heritage baking — crafted with real ingredients, free from preservatives, and inspired by the art of slow, honest indulgence.
 
We partner with family bakeries and artisans who preserve their region’s most beloved recipes — from silky tiramisu and rich choco-flan to golden honey cakes and delicate alfajores. Our mission is simple: to share the beauty of genuine flavor, made with integrity, across borders.

From Our President

Dolci del Mundo was born from two powerful and personal experiences — Michael’s daughter, who lives with celiac disease, and my own growing concerns about the ingredients hidden in American foods after moving to the mainland. Watching her struggle to find desserts that were safe, clean, and genuinely enjoyable opened our eyes to how limited the options were. At the same time, my body was reacting to preservatives, dyes, and chemicals I had never grown up with in Hawai’i.

From our shared frustration with the American food system, we felt called to create something better. Something real. Something that wouldn’t make people sick. Together, we set out to bring clean, all-natural global desserts back to the table — foods crafted with integrity, pure ingredients, and the cultural traditions that make them so special.

Inspired by the elegance of European heritage and the vibrant spirit of Latin flavor, Dolci del Mundo reflects my passion for authentic craftsmanship and global connection. Every dessert is made with genuine artistry, free from preservatives and artificial additives, and sourced from heritage bakers around the world.

As a native Hawaiian with a multicultural background and a diverse career — from fine dining to interior design, food and beverage distribution, and ultimately private aviation — I’ve learned that true excellence lies in the details, and real luxury is authenticity. The world has so many beautiful flavors to offer, and our mission is to share them in their purest form.

From Italy’s classic indulgence to the warmth of South America and the timeless charm of Greece, every bite is a bridge between cultures, crafted to nourish and delight. Thank you for being part of this mission and helping us keep these sweet traditions alive.
